Inside El Salvador prison holding deported migrant U.S. court records show Kilmar Abrego Garcia was last held in an El Salvador prison for low-security inmates, unlike the maximum security prison he was first sent to. The warden tells NBC News that gang members are not held at the facility. NBC News’ David Noriega was given exclusive access inside the prison.
