Exiled Tibet Leader Seeks Global Support for China Talks Penpa Tsering, prime minister of the Tibetan government-in-exile, spoke with Bloomberg’s Sudhi Ranjan Sen in the northern Indian town of Dharamshala on the Resolve Tibet Act. Tsering called the US legislation an important new tool that could encourage other countries to put pressure on China for more talks. The Chinese government has condemned the act as well as this week’s meeting with the Dalai Lama by a bipartisan delegation of US lawmakers.
