Philippine Central Bank Can Reduce RRR to 5%: Governor “We would like to reduce the reserve requirement by quite a bit because I think it’s distorting financial intermediation.” Philippine central bank Governor Eli Remolona discusses monetary policy, the economy and the local currency.
