JR Central to test pet-friendly shinkansen car Central Japan Railway Co. plans to test a pet-friendly car on the Tokaido Shinkansen, Japan's busiest bullet train line linking Tokyo and Osaka, allowing passengers to travel without putting their dogs into carriers.
